I'm trying to regain some sort of schedule. Boys are back in school but my days seem to be shorter and shorter and I seem to be accomplishing less and less. So today will be catch up day. I have already begun on Mt. Washmore (I was always so on top of laundry and now we are swimming in it!), next I plan on cleaning the living room and thinking about dinner (now where is that weekly menu I use to have)? Somewhere in there: prepare for sunday school- it starts in less than 2 weeks).

I did have a wonderful morning with Noah. He got the Bible Bag in Preschool, so we read the Creation Story, did the little activities, and said the prayer together (my heart melting moment). Then he colored and we had a "picnic" on the living room floor. It was enough to give me a little boost for the day.

Baby Girl

It's exactly 3:22 in the morning.

I'm sitting here watching my baby girl sleep. Not a worry in the world. I especially love how she lets a smile out here & there. What is going on in that little mind? I would try to catch it on camera but she's in my lap & I would not think of disturbing her or the moment.

Kid Quote of the Day:

from Noah, my 3-year-old, also known as our sound effects guy:
We were shopping and he saw a fishing pole. "What's this mama?" he asks. But before I could answer he responds, "Oh, It's fish gun" then he does his load the gun & shoot sounds.

from Caleb, my 5-year-old, our little heart-breaker:
"Mama, do you like how I'm being so good? Cause before I wasn't that good, but now I wanna be good. So I'm listening and being sooooo good. Do you like that Mama?"

from Branden, my 6-year-old, our thinker:
"Mama (very seriously), something's wrong. Really weird. I told all my friends at school how we are having Mady's binecuvintare and NOBODY knew what I was talking about."
(poor thing only knows a handful of Romanian words & he hasn't realized binecuvintare
was one of them)
