Tradition

We went to get my ultrasound yesterday. Took Branden & Caleb. After about 45 minutes of checking out "mommy" and all the baby's organs, she finally gets to the news: there are the legs and it's a girl! A girl? Sam & I about fell over, we were so sure it was a boy. "ARE YOU SURE?" "Oh yeah, we can't say it's 100% but it definitely looks like a girl." We were looking at it too, saw it was DEFINITELY NOT a boy, but in our disbelief had to ask. We are still in shock.

Then we took the boys out to lunch- they wanted Sonic- and then they finally got to school. Sam & I went to Village Inn -we did not want Sonic, we wanted breakfast and they serve it all day. When the hostess walked us to our table Sam said "Can we get that other booth?" I asked him why he did that and he replied, "because this is where we sat after Branden's ultrasound, when we found out we were having a boy." Then we looked around and realized without planning it, we come to this exact same Village Inn after every ultrasound. Can't believe Sam remembered the exact booth & I didn't even realize we have a tradition going on here.
